All our round, rice, Edison. mini and shaped pearls are genuine cultured fresh water pearls. Some of our cage necklaces do come with coloured beads that are not genuine pearls but they match the products colour theme however they can be swapped out and replaced by your genuine pearls.

Our standard time from receiving your order to shipping is approximately 3-4 weeks however this may be longer during busy periods. I will regularly update our Facebook, Instagram and TikTok pages with current dispatch timings.

Our items are custom to you, this includes your dedicated TikTok videos, customising and creating your chosen items, cleaning and polishing your pearls and gems and then carefully packaging your items to ensue their safe travels. This process all takes approximately 3 weeks depending on demand and the items chosen.

Many of our items include a personal, dedicated TikTok video that will include the opening for your oysters and fizzers for you to see and let me know your choice for you chosen jewellery item/s. Items with these videos included will be clearly noted within the product description.

Please remember to include your TikTok name in the note section to be tagged in your video. If you do not want to be tagged or would prefer your video to be emailed privately please include this in the note section.

During the checkout process you will find a note section where you can leave any messages, specifications or dedications you would like reading out for example if you would like a specific colour pearl for our Ribbon cage or of the order is for a birthday and you would like a birthday message on the video. (If the information within the note is private for myself please let me know so I now not to read it out on your video)

Random orders may be packed in TikTok videos however no personal information will be ever shown in these videos.

Oysters produce pearls when a nucleus or irritant is introduced to it and layers or nacre (mother ff pearl) from around the irritant. These layers continue to form to create a pearl.

Peals form naturally in colours such as white, cream, peach, light pink, lavender light yellow but if a organic dye is introduced during the irritation period the pearl will take on the colour of the dye and form a vibrant colour.

Our pearl cages all open up to allow you to change the pearl inside to which ever colour you would like, as many times as you like. Cages are perfect for matching your pendant colour to your outfit. The more coloured pearls you have the more options you have.
