Our jewellery is all customised to order this may mean a wait of up to 3-4weeks for orders to be dispatched but rest assured I will always aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible. From 11th December 2025 until 4th January 2026 I will be on my Christmas Holidays, any orders placed during this time will be picked up and completed after this unless we have a prior arrangement. If you do need anything in this time please still feel free to reach out as I will continue to monitor my inbox.

Please remember to leave me a note with your TikTok name so I can tag you in your video. If you don't leave a TikTok name I will still upload your openings to my page unless to tell me you do not want a video at all.
I will also read out any note or dedications such as for gifts but please let me know if I have permission to read it out on the video or if it is a private note for my eyes only.
